Fujifilm

01|About the project

Fujifilm brings decades of imaging expertise to the operating room, equipping surgeons with advanced endoscopic and surgical visualisation systems that sharpen clarity and precision during minimally invasive procedures. Through this partnership, IRCAD opened a dedicated space on WebSurg, its global surgical e-learning platform, to bring Fujifilm's resources directly to the surgical community.

The challenge was to embed Fujifilm's brand identity within the existing WebSurg interface while creating a distinct, recognisable space that supported their communication goals.

02|My process

01

First proposal

This time, the design started with me. I created an initial proposition for the page, exploring how Fujifilm's brand could sit naturally within WebSurg.

02

Iterations

From there, it was a back-and-forth with the Fujifilm team. We refined the design together over several rounds, adjusting until it fit their needs and matched the way they wanted to be represented.

03

Prototyping

We turned the agreed direction into an interactive prototype and reviewed it with Fujifilm, validating the page and confirming every detail before moving forward.

04

Handoff

Once approved, we worked closely with the development team, walking them through the design and handing over everything they needed for integration.

03|What I learned

With little information from Fujifilm at the start, I had to imagine the page almost from scratch. I laid down the first wireframes to give it structure and direction, then handed them to a colleague and we built on them together. It taught me to trust my instincts when there's not much to go on, and to collaborate and make decisions as a team.
